Arts for Wellbeing

Evidence suggests that creativity can have a positive impact on our overall health and wellbeing; improving mood, increasing self-esteem and boosting confidence.

Why not come along to our practical art course, where you will be introduced to the concept of art and learn more about how this relates to health. You will then have the opportunity to use a range of materials to create some artwork around specific themes.

No need to be an artist – all abilities welcome.
